    Our Journey

    We both grew up on farms in Goa, a former Portuguese colony in India when we immigrated to Australia in 1983. On settling we noticed the abundance of quality produce so it was decided to continue the family ancestral business in our new homeland. As in Goa, we provided the FRESHEST and only NATURAL ingredients to our new customers and in return we received their loyal support. As we say in Portuguese, Bom Apetite and Viva Australia.

    It's no secret just hard yakka. Our sausages are cured then smoked in Australian oak before evolving into 'Goan-Portuguese Chourico'. On a long journey without having to refrigerate it makes for 'The Perfect Aussie Camp-anion'.
