In fact if unopened, the higher the temperatures our Goan sausages are exposed to the better the taste. Onions coarsely chopped

1. Sautee sliced onion in a little oil.
2. Dice sausage into 2cm pieces and add along with 1 cup water and diced potato
3. Cook until potatoes turn soft. Sprinkle chopped coriander and serve hot with rice or bread rolls.
