Sausage Meat Paste

Goan Sausages For 500g pork rub 3-4 tbsp Pinto Sausage Meat Paste thoroughly into 2cm diced pork. Refrigerate in air-tight glass container. Use as and when required.

Spicy Portuguese Burger (Chouriço Pão) For 2 serves you will need 250g Goan Sausages, 1 medium onion diced, 1 medium potato diced,1tbsp oil. Sautee onion in oil for 3 minutes on high heat. Add the Goan Sausages and fry for 5 mins on medium heat. Add 1/2 cup water and potatoes. Cook for 15mins until water evaporates and potatoes are soft. Serve hot stuffed into bread rolls.
