Place 1kg diced chicken in a bowl
2. Apply 3 tablespoon Cafreal Masala and keep aside for 1hr
3. Shallow fry on low heat for twenty minutes or grill at 200 degrees for 40mins
Serve with french fries, tomato slices, green coriander and lime wedges
